During class tonight, I just got a “wave” of how “blessed” I am to be able to be a part of the joy and peace
of yoga that you so generously share with all of us… in this crazy season, I wanted to take time to share this
with you… what you do so REALLY well matters.
You must know you are so gifted. Watching you and listening to you at class amazes me. Please keep in
mind that very few people can do what you do and so well… the way the class flows, the way you time things,
the way you feel the atmosphere and teach things inside as well as outside our bodies. You have a gift. I am
lucky to benefit from what you give.
I love your class and your yoga style, you really are spreading great goodness.
Thank you for your challenging yoga classes. They always make me feel very empowered.
I just wanted to let you know how much Louisa and I are enjoying your classes on Saturday
morning. It’s the perfect way to start the weekend. The room is warm and inviting and the other
women in the class are wonderful.
Ava brings an urgency of awareness to her teachings. You know you are in for a full experience with her classes, she will challenge you, she will inspire you and she will create a space for you to grow inside your yoga practice. Ava truly holds a passion for yoga and willingness to deepen and broaden her understanding, and that’s where her students benefit; she makes all feel comfortable to receive the spectrum of teachings yoga has to offer.

Thank you for our wonderful classes
You are so sweet and so patient. I am very lucky to have you as my teacher.
Ava’s class is wonderful. She is able to inspire you to push yourself to your edge, while making sure you are safe. Her individualized approach is very helpful to me.
Ava’s joy, enthusiasm and down to earth teaching style makes her a truly special yoga instructor.
Ava’s a great teacher! I wish I could take her yoga class everyday! She has the ability to motivate her students to challenge themselves to their full potential in each position, while making yoga fun! Ava’s yoga classes have benefited me in many ways. Not only is my body more flexible and strong, but now I also have a calmer mind and am more peaceful in stressful situations.
Ava’s energy fills the room! Her classes are always fun and diversified. She’s a well trained, enthusiastic teacher with one heck of a yoga wardrobe.
A class with Ava is like enjoying the benefits from a beautiful spring day. She is part instructor, preacher, rabbi, doctor, and friend. she has a true gift for yoga instruction.
Ava is not only an expert yoga teacher, she is extremely personable and genuine. She encompasses many yoga postures which makes for an eclectic and interesting class. I have learned so much from Ava. I always look forward to her inspiring classes to feel more positive, centered, and serene.
Ava is yoga. Her teachings are energizing/relaxing, powerful/gentle, challenging/comfortable. Ava helps me find balance, helps me breathe… helps me dream/believe and become.
Thanks so much for being such a wonderful teacher and an important addition to the shoreline yoga community.
Thirty two years ago while studying dance, Ava was introduced to yoga. Her enthusiasm and dedication as a yoga practitioner led her into teaching.
She is committed to living a daily spiritual practice and her goal is to share how fulfilling yoga can be emotionally, physically, and spiritually to one’s life.
